Participation in the Salary Review Program for Academic staff consists of a brief statement from the department salary committee and an updated Professional Record/CV highlighting key contributions for the last three (3) years.

Annual Report Documentation  

Each academic-staff member’s annual report should consist of an updated professional record reflecting the last (3) years of the academic-staff member’s activities.

All academic staff members are required to submit the annual report and to participate in the salary review process. Failure to participate in the annual salary review process two (2) times in any five (5)-year period shall also result in the forfeiture of any across-the-board raise (see WSU/AAUP-AFT Agreement, Article XXIV.II.C.1).
